Preparation steps
- Beat the eggs.sugar and vanilla sugar well with a mixer until the eggs become frothy (no need to separate the egg yolks from the egg whites) slowly add the flour mixed with semolina and pastry, mix lightly and shake in a greased pan (greased with oil and flour) and bake for about 30 minutes 200 degrees..Leave the dough to cool completely and pour over it with lukewarm sherbet (not hot at all) and let it stand for a while at room temperature, then transfer it to the fridge to cool down well and enjoy the taste .. !!
- Mix water and sugar and let it cook for 30 minutes, then mix in the vanilla sugar and let the slices of half a lemon cool down and pour the lukewarm agda over the cold dough. If desired, decorate with lemon slices or coconut ... !!
