Preparation steps

  • Put the chocolate and butter (margarine) on the steam to melt and set aside to cool.
  • Whisk the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy and then slowly add the melted chocolate and butter (margarine) and finally the salt, flour and baking powder.
  • Cover the mixture with cling film and place in the refrigerator to compress the mixture for 5 hours or overnight.
  • After standing in the fridge, shape into walnut-sized balls and roll them in powdered sugar.
  • Then arrange them on a baking sheet that you have previously covered with baking paper.
  • Bake them at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes, depending on the oven. U slast :)
