Ramsteak with vegetables
Serve grilled steaks with stewed potatoes with your favorite company and enjoy a rump steak with your favorite vegetables and mild ajvar.
Preparation steps
- Wash the steaks well, dry them with a paper towel, sprinkle with Natur Grill Classicc and let it stand at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Clean the potatoes well (with a brush), then cut them into larger pieces.
- Heat 5 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add the potatoes and bake on all sides until golden.
- Add sliced onions, whole peeled garlic, sliced peppers and rosemary. Season with salt, pepper and fry for a few minutes. Add a little water and simmer for another 10 minutes to soften the potatoes.
- Place the steaks on the grill or grill pan on the heated remaining oil and fry them on each side (about 3 min) to brown, leaving a pink color in the middle.
Serving
Take them out on a warm plate, cover and let stand for about 5 minutes.
Advice
For the juiciness of rump steak or steak, the aging time after baking is very important, which will lead to the fibers cooling down a bit, relaxing and keeping the juices in the meat. For complete enjoyment of the dish, serve with mild ajvar.
