Rahat-lokum roll
I often make this roll, although more for the sake of others than for myself (I fall more for chocolate). It requires a little more hand muscle effort but it pays off…
Preparation steps
- It is best to use plain rahat-lokum with walnuts, not those with different flavors (vanilla, rose ().
- Knead the rahat well and add coconut flour to it and make everything well, preferably with your hands.
- Sprinkle the work surface with coconut and roll out the mixture to 1 cm thick or thinner.
- Coat with melted chocolate (I also put a spoonful of margarine when I melt the chocolate) and sprinkle with chopped whatever you choose - walnuts, jelly candies or both, and roll it up.
