Raffaello cheesecake

My contribution and the first recipe for COLORS ARE IN US is exactly my favorite candy in the Cheesecake variant - hedonism for all the senses. :) Thank you dear Inocha for the invitation! :)

Preparation steps

  • Put margarine in a bowl, add plasma biscuits and a little orange juice. Combine everything nicely and shape the base of the cheesecake. I used a mold with a diameter of 28 cm. Put it in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
  • Melt the white chocolate in a steamer and set aside to cool slightly. Whisk the mascarpone with the sugar and add the melted white chocolate. Gradually add the whipped sweet cream and mix lightly with a spatula from the bottom to the top, until a mousse is obtained. Finally, add coconut flour, almonds, add melted gelatin and combine everything nicely. Place the resulting filling over the base, flatten and return to the refrigerator. Leave the cheesecake overnight.
  • The next day decorate the cake with coconut, almonds and Raffaello balls. Pleasant!
