Quinoa with squid

Preparation steps
- Cook the quinoa in salted water, drain and set aside to cool.
- Clean the squid and cut it into rings.
- In a wok on sunflower oil, with the addition of water, sauté the squid briefly.
- Add grated garlic, cherry tomatoes, mint, rosemary, salt, pepper, coriander, lime.
- Simmer until the flavors are translucent and the squid softens.
- Pour squid and a tablespoon of olive oil over the cooled quinoa.
