Quinoa with squid

Preparation steps

  • Cook the quinoa in salted water, drain and set aside to cool.
  • Clean the squid and cut it into rings.
  • In a wok on sunflower oil, with the addition of water, sauté the squid briefly.
  • Add grated garlic, cherry tomatoes, mint, rosemary, salt, pepper, coriander, lime.
  • Simmer until the flavors are translucent and the squid softens.
  • Pour squid and a tablespoon of olive oil over the cooled quinoa.
