Quince muffins
All the quinces had to be used, so here is another wonderful quince recipe
Preparation steps
- Poached quinces
- Water, sugar, vanilla sugar, half a lemon with peel and 3, 4 quinces cook on low heat for about 30 to 45 minutes until almost caramelized, cool them. Propagate or leave pieces if desired
- Dough
- Mix especially dry ingredients, flour, salt, baking powder in one bowl and in the other, mix eggs with sugar, add milk, melted butter and poached quinces. Combine and place in muffin tins. The dough comes in a lot, I dropped 12 large muffins and 24 small ones
