Quince, apple and pear jam ....

Preparation steps

  • wash the quinces, clean and cut them into cubes together with the peel and immediately put them in the pot in which you will cook the jam, then the apples and pears.
  • when you have cut all the fruit into cubes, add about half a kilo of sugar and pour over all about 3 liters of water, let it boil and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring.
  • when the fruit softens, take it out, I blended it and put it back in the water in which it was cooked. When you blend everything, return it to the pot and cook with the rest of the sugar for a short time.
  • ready to store hot jam in hot sterilized bottles ... and that's it
  • note I suggest putting spices in the first round of cooking ....

Serving

serve as a spread, in cakes, on pancakes ...
