Quince and apple compote

Preparation steps
- Put water, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, lemon and 2-3 prunes in a bowl and bring to a boil. During this time, peel the quinces and apples and cut them into pieces (3-4cm in size). Add sliced quinces and apples to boiling water and cook on low heat for ten minutes. Finally, a little white wine (3-4 tablespoons) can be added.
Serving
It can be eaten hot and cold, add more sugar if anyone likes sweeter.
