Quick hats with jaffa-Russian caps
The most beautiful and fastest to prepare Russian cap I have ever tried. Everyone was just thrilled with them, the kids in particular :)
Preparation steps
- Cook the classic pudding but in less milk as per the recipe to make it thicker. Allow to cool. Meanwhile, make the margarine and powdered sugar well and add the lightly cooled pudding spoon by spoon until it becomes a smooth cream.
- Take 2 jaffa biscuits and turn them so that the chocolate side is on the outside. Put a small spoonful of filling on the biscuit side and connect the biscuits. Using a spoon, flatten the outer edges of the biscuits and roll them in coconut.
- Leave to stand overnight and soften. Then get ready for the ultimate enjoyment: D Note: from one bag of biscuits you get about 11 cookies.
