Pyramid with cherries

Preparation steps

Cook until thickened, become like a paste, When the cream has cooled put 200g of table margarine and mix.
- Roll out the puff pastry, make 5 strips from each (as in the picture on the left), make the strips the size of your baking tray, put a little semolina on each strip to soak up the cherry juice and sugar and arrange the cherries next to each other. So with the other leafy, there should be a total of 10 strips. Place at 250 ° C in the oven (approximately 15 min), when the dough turns yellow.
- When the cherry strips have cooled, arrange 4 strips and then the cream on top, then 3 strips and then the cream again, 2 strips and then the cream and finally 1 strip and cream, spread the rest of the cream on the side. When the pyramid has cooled put the whipped cream and serve! In sweetness !! :)
