Pyramid of plasma biscuits

The ideal combination of plasma biscuits, pudding and milk.

Preparation steps

  • Mix the pudding with 2 dl of milk, and cook the rest of the milk until boiling. When the milk boils, add the pudding mixture and cook until it thickens (like when you make pudding). Then leave to cool.
  • When the mixture has cooled, whisk the margarine (leave a corner of the margarine for the glaze) with the powdered sugar, egg yolks and vanilla sugar, then combine it all with the pudding.
  • Spread the tray with a thin layer of filling, then dip the plasma in cold milk, then arrange on the tray. First four rows of four plasmas, then put the filling, then four rows of three plasmas, then the filling, then four rows of two plasmas, then the filling and finally four rows of one plasma and again coat everything with the filling and form a pyramid.
  • For the glaze - melt a corner of margarine with 200g of chocolate, add a little oil if necessary and coat the cake.
  • Refrigerate to cool well.
