Puree donuts
Another recipe from a restrictive cookbook where we won't think about warming up, solanine and other delicacies. Or we will think and make mashed donuts from completely fresh, mashed and made mashed potatoes just for them;)
Preparation steps
- We put the mashed potatoes left over from a normal lunch in a bag, store them in the fridge and take comfort in the fact that from one time (well, not just one…) there will be no consequences. Just in case, with the new preparation we don’t wait any longer than the next day.
- If we cooked fresh puree, we will ignore the first point.
- Whisk the egg with a few drops of milk, season and stir in the puree. Add the flour but keep the mixture soft. Let's make it good.
- With the help of two teaspoons, shape the donuts and fry them in deep hot oil.
- Once fried, we place them on a plate lined with a thick layer of kitchen paper to soak up excess fat. Let's salt.

Serving
Serve as a side dish with meat. We can also make children happy with dinner with an egg and a piece of cheese, or offer them donuts instead of snacks.
