Puree bread

Ideal for those who have had to eliminate wheat, baking powder and yeast from their diet. And it’s great for everyone else who loves bread too!

Preparation steps

  • Mix baking soda and yogurt in a bowl. Put all the other dough ingredients in a bowl, add soda and yoghurt and mix with a mixer with dough attachments until all the ingredients are combined. Optionally add a handful of seeds (I added sunflowers) and stir a little to have them everywhere. The dough is quite soft, but so it should be.
  • Grease a baking tin (I put a little olive oil and spread it with a kitchen towel) and sprinkle a little with spelled flour. Put the bread mixture in a mold and put it in the oven at 180 ° C for 60 minutes (try it with a toothpick - when it comes out dry, the bread is baked!).
  • Remove the baked bread from the mold to the rack and let cool. Wrap the cold bread in a kitchen cloth and put it in a bag. It stays fresh and nice for a few days! And it's also great when warmed up a bit in the toaster.
