Preparation steps

  • Put water in a pot and let it boil.
  • After it boils, pour in the corn flour and make a hole in the middle and add a little salt.
  • Do not stir, so let it cook for about half an hour.
  • Then pour out all the water, just leave it at the bottom and stir, the turkey must be dry, as they would say in Herzegovina: prospita.
  • Onion: put butter on the fire, when it gets a golden brown color, stir in a clove of garlic that you have previously crushed in a mortar. Finally add sour milk or yogurt. Pour over the cigar. If someone doesn’t like garlic, just pour yogurt over it.
