Preparation steps
- Whisk the egg whites by adding sugar, then egg yolks, flour, cocoa and pzp. Bake the crust on baking paper in a preheated oven. Soak raisins in rum. Whisk well sour cream and cream cheese, add honey, vanilla sugar. Separate one third of this mixture for coating the rolls from above and mix in the rest of the raisins. You can decorate the top as desired, I am ground biscuits. Light and simple, summery, quick to make.
