Preparation steps
- Knead the dough from flour, salt, oil and water. Knead it for a few minutes, until it becomes fine, smooth, neither very strong nor very soft. Divide the dough into two parts. Divide each part as much as you can, the thinner the better. Over the dough, sprinkle with starch, not, the crust should be white from the starch. Start folding, and when you get a rectangular strip, coat it again with starch flour, then fold it two more times.
- Do the same with two parts. Roll out each piece of dough to the size of the baking sheet in which you will bake. Cut into 4 parts. Put the filling on each part, then roll the dough just a little, just enough to close. In a baking sheet, order each roll, so when you have put all 8, then cut them to the size you want. Heat 120 ml of oil and pour over the rolls. Place to bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees.
- For the filling, I put 2 eggs and about 250 g of cheese this time.
