Puff pastry snails

Preparation steps
- Grate the cheese in a bowl, add and mix everything well.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry to a size of 25 × 35 cm and coat it with beaten egg. Sprinkle it with half the amount of cheese and roll.
- Cut the roulade into 12 equally wide snail-shaped slices and place them on a floured sheet. Repeat the process with another sheet of dough.
- Coat the puff pastry snails with beaten egg and bake in an oven preheated to 200-220 ° C for about 20 minutes.
