Propec is something between a loaf of bread and a pie. My mother-in-law woke us up every morning with a hot breeze, at a time when we were spending the holidays with them.

Preparation steps
- Knead the dough with the yeast. Let it rise a little.

- Roll out 5 balls into as thin a crust as possible. Grease each with a little butter and oil.

- Move the ends slightly towards the middle but not completely. Use your fingers to pull the ends towards the middle.
- Coat with egg and bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees, then another 30 minutes at 180, depending on the size.
