Proja with spinach

fast and delicious

Preparation steps

  • Mix all the ingredients and bake in a greased pan at about 220 degrees (if necessary, add a little more flour or water so that the mass has the appropriate density). When it is slightly browned, prick it with a fork and return it to the oven for about 10 minutes to dry in the middle, at a reduced temperature. Proja is ready when it turns brown and separates from the side of the pan.
