Proja with polenta

This is one of my favorite recipes. Quick, easy and delicious.

Preparation steps

  • Put all the ingredients together except the mozzarella and mix well, then add the chopped mozzarella with your fingers and stir. Pour everything into a greased / fireproof pan and bake for half an hour in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
