Proja with chard

Ideal for lunches in nature, with barbecue, cheese and some salad

Preparation steps

  • Beat eggs, add flour, baking powder, salt, yoghurt and oil and mix with a mixer, then add chopped boiled chard and grated cheese and mix with a spoon.
  • Pour into a greased and cornmeal sprinkled pan and bake at 200-250C until golden brown.
  • If you hate to cook chard, you can just chop it and add it to the dough, but the dough is looser when it is first boiled and only then added.
  • When it is baked, take it out and cover it with a cloth to soften it a bit
  • Cut into slices and enjoy
