Proja (vegan)

I tried several versions of the project in the "fasting" category (since there is no choice when searching - veggies - unfortunately) and I didn't like any of them, so I decided to experiment. :)

Preparation steps

  • Finely chop the onion and sauté it in a little oil. After a while, add finely chopped paprika and chopped spinach. Add a little salt so that the spinach releases water faster. When the water partially evaporates, the mixture is ready. :)
  • To prepare the project, first mix the wet ingredients, then add flour and baking powder. Stir with a food processor until all the lumps are broken, then add the spinach, onion and paprika.
  • If it is baked in a pan, it needs to be oiled and floured, and if it is baked in molds, only lubricating oil is enough. Bake at 200 degrees until golden brown. :) I baked in molds and from this mixture I got about 28 projci.

Serving

Serve with fresh salad or squeezed juice.
