Profiteroles with almond cream
Delicious and fine, with vanilla and almond cream, topped with chocolate.
Preparation steps
- Boil water with butter. Mix the flour with the density and add it at once to boiling water, mix until a lump forms.
- Stir one egg at a time into the hot mass. When the mass has cooled, stir in the baking powder. Put the mass into a syringe and squeeze small balls on a baking sheet. Bake at 200 * C, about 20 minutes.
- Cook the pudding. Cool it. Beat butter with sugar and egg yolk. Add the cooled pudding and whisk everything. Fill the cooled and halved profiteroles with this.
- Drizzle with melted chocolates and sprinkle with pistachios and almond flakes.
