Prizren baklava

I ate them about 20 years ago and I liked them a lot, so I share with you this simple, cheap and quick treat.

Preparation steps

  • Whisk the whole eggs with a cup of yogurt, frothy sugar, add the other ingredients and in a greased pan, arrange a row of crusts, a row of filling, when you put the last crust, cut the baklava into triangles and then coat and bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  • Let the sugar and water with vanilla and lemon or orange juice boil for 15 minutes and pour over the cake.

Serving

Casserole or tray, square or round, should be smaller in size than the crust, to crumple them when you arrange them, it is better to ask when it is done that way.
