Preparation steps

  • Cut the prosciutto and peeled peppers into noodles and chop the tomatoes.
  • Fry the prosciutto in oil in a pan, remove it and sauté the peppers and tomatoes in the same fat.
  • in a bowl, beat the eggs with the chopped parsley, add salt and pour over the vegetables. Stir until everything thickens.
  • At the end, add fried prosciutto and serve with various salads.
