Prigorska frittata with lemon balm

Preparation steps
- Gather fresh lemon balm leaves and prepare everything for this frittata. If you don’t have garden lemon balm, you can find it in large malls as a perennial. Read about lemon balm here

Serving
This Prigorje frittata, like all other frittatas, can be sprinkled with chives, finely chopped spring onions or parsley and served with all kinds of salads.
