Preparation steps
- Put crushed yeast with sugar in a little lukewarm water so that the yeast melts and starts to foam.
- Sift the flour into a deeper bowl, make a depression, then pour the flour around the rim. Pour the yeast and oil into the middle, then use a spoon to start kneading the dough.
