Priganice

Preparation steps

  • prepare the dough sift the flour with baking powder, add salt, then whipped egg yolks, sour cream, solid yogurt, milk, and oil, mix well with a wooden spoon (the dough must be thicker than for pancakes).
  • leave the dough a little to "rise" .heat the fat in a larger bowl, it can be oil or fat to taste. take out the dough with a kitchen spoon and lightly pour it on the hot fat.
  • remove the fried breadcrumbs with a slotted kitchen spoon and arrange on kitchen paper to “absorb” the excess fat.

Serving

priganice are served warm, with sour milk, young cream or cheese ... they are also excellent with a sweet meal, coated or stuffed with jam, linoleum or similar.
