Pretzel omelette
Favorite breakfast, a little more complicated than scrambled eggs, but pure pleasure in preparation, chopping, socializing ..
Preparation steps
- Chop the pretzels ....
- "Eat" eggs ....
- .... mix in the "beaten" eggs and salt. Allow the pretzel to soak up the scrambled eggs for a minute.
- Fry the omelette in butter, on each side for a minute.
Serving
Serve with paprika or tomato;);)
