Presburger rolls
The recipe for these fine rolls was extracted from my mother's dessert archive….
Preparation steps
- knead the dough
- make 4 round buns
- cover and let stand 2 hours
- roll the dough into a circle, cut it and fill it with jam or walnuts

- bake for 20-30 minutes at 180 ° C
