Prebranac
I don't even know how many recipes there are for this type of dish, here's mine
Preparation steps
- Boil the beans, strain them from the water and leave a little of that water so that the prebranac is poured with the same, I throw away the first water from the beans, pour water again and cook until it boils.
- Finely chop the onion and fry it for a long time in oil, be careful not to burn it, add to that onion, fry the onion (only the white part, which you previously washed well, cut in half and cut into small slices) and fry it, add finely chopped pepper , fry and add the crushed garlic through the press, add a spoonful of flour and a spoonful of allspice, fry a little, add the beans, pour in the water you left aside, just to barely cover the beans, who doesn't like flour and doesn't have to put, add a little dry mint (that is, so that the stomach does not swell and you do not have gas), bay leaf, pickle and sauté to taste.
- I always bake my client in an earthenware dish, so it's the tastiest, if you don't have it, bake in what you have. Be careful not to overcook it, then it is very dry, I like when there is a little juice. With white peppers and prebranca, you don't need anything else.
- Pleasant
Serving
I didn't write it in the recipe, but I personally grate one carrot in the onion, while I stew it, she doesn't even feel like she has it.
