Preparation steps

  • Boil the potatoes in their skins, but let them remain semi-hard, do not cook them completely. Take it out, wash it with cold water, peel it, and cut it lengthwise into slices about 1 cm thick, arrange it, and roll it in corn flour, fry it briefly on both sides on the grill, or fry it in shallow fat. Remove, arrange in a pan with baking paper, put a piece of ham powder on each, and over a piece of cheese, bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes. Prepare a dip made from the mentioned ingredients. Serve warm with dip, and sprinkle with coarsely chopped celery leaves if desired. Serve 2 pieces for 1 person, depending on the size.
