Potato salad with Tropea onions
Up to 15 g I did not eat food prepared with onions or even if the onion just told her good day I fasted that day :) And look at me now, it is present in unlimited quantities in my diet!
Preparation steps
- Potatoes cut into rings. Cut the onion into noodles and fry in olive oil until dark brown. Put on a kitchen towel. Mix Tropea onions (leave a couple of rings for decoration) and other ingredients except mayonnaise and yogurt (mix by hand with potatoes). Put what we mixed in the middle of the bowl.
