Preparation steps

  • Spread the cooled boiled potatoes and add eggs, salt, very little fat (margarine, butter) and flour to get a firm dough. Roll it out and take out the pretzels with a mold. Fry in hot oil, taking care not to burn.
  • I put 1 teaspoon of omegol margarine instead of fat. Dip the mold into the flour first and remove the pretzels to prevent them from sticking.

Serving

You can serve it with meat or just for dinner with ketchup :)
