Preparation steps
- Bake the potatoes in their shells in the oven, cool them a bit, peel them and grate them.
- Stir the butter with the egg yolks until you get a fine foamy mass. Add the cream and cheese, then the grated potatoes and flour. Add salt to taste, stir and add the egg whites.
- Stir gently to combine the egg whites with the mixture and pour into a buttered pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175 * C for about 1 hour. Before baking. Baked.
Serving
You can serve this koh both hot and cold, with various sauces or cheese. It is best for me with tomato sauce and you as you wish…
