Preparation steps
- Put the washed whole potatoes in salted water to cook for about 25 minutes.
- Cut the chicken and sausages into pieces, and fry them in oil together with the sliced onion, and pepper.
- When the potatoes are cooked, peel them and cut them into slices.
- Put sliced potatoes, together with the meat, in a refractory dish that we oiled a little before. Mix everything together and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with the cooking cream, a teaspoon of mustard and a little vegeta.
- Pour the mixture over the potatoes and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
