Pork ribs in beer marinade

Serve warm roasted ribs with roasted potatoes and spring onion salad and enjoy juicy snacks.

Preparation steps

  • Cut the ribs into smaller pieces and coat with marinade and leave to stand in a cool place for at least 30 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the salad by cutting the spring onions into thin noodles and pouring oil, vinegar, salt and pepper over them.
  • Slice the potatoes, add salt and bake.
  • Bake the ribs from the marinade on the grill (or grill pan) until nicely colored on all sides.

Serving

Serve warm roasted ribs with baked potatoes and spring onion salad.

Advice

Bake the ribs over a low heat because they are baked longer so that they do not burn.
