Pork or veal in ajvar sauce

Preparation steps
- Pork and you can also use veal, cut into cubes, mushrooms into leaves, wash the leeks well and cut them into rings, and finely chop the onion.
- Stir the thickener in a little water, then dip the meat in the prepared mixture and fry in hot oil.
- When the meat softens, add ajvar, soy sauce, mushrooms, onion and leek, pour the remaining mixture of density and water and simmer until the vegetables soften, occasionally add a little water and stir.
- When the vegetables have softened, add the ajvar sauce, which you made earlier, season to taste and serve.
- Ajvar sauce:
- Put a spoonful of mustard in a deeper bowl and gradually add oil, stirring constantly. Then add ajvar, finely chopped garlic, soy sauce and crushed hot pepper, and mix everything. Sprinkle with chopped parsley
- You can serve this with boiled potatoes, mashed potatoes, pasta, rice or just with bread.
