Pork neck in beer sauce
Soft and juicy snicle in a delicious sauce.
Preparation steps
- Season the snicle to taste and fry them in oil on both sides. Then take them out of the fat and leave them warm.
- Cut the onion into cubes and fry it in the meat fat.
- Then return the snicle, pour over the beer and beef soup, add the soy sauce and mustard. Simmer at a moderate temperature until the meat is tender. If necessary, add a little warm water.
- When the meat is soft, add the stock mixed with a little water and cook until it thickens.
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
- Serve the finished snicle with pasta with sauce.
