Pork liver stew

Offal is generally cheaper than meat, which does not mean that dishes from them are less valuable. Taste, nutritional value and aesthetic appearance do not lag behind meat dishes. This dish is one of them!

Preparation steps

  • Cut the liver into thin strips. Fry the onion in oil until golden and add the garlic. Put the liver rolled in flour on the fried onion. Remove the liver after a short frying on a plate and leave it warm.
  • In the same bowl, place the tomato puree and sour cream whipped with a little water. Add salt, pepper, marjoram and small, hot peppers. Pour in a little water and add the liver and let it cook for another 10 minutes.

Serving

Serve with pasta or mash as I did this time. Serve with beetroot or lettuce. Enjoy!
