Popovers with minced meat
A light, tasty lunch, which is very popular among children, but goes very well with us seniors ........
Preparation steps
- Turn on the oven to 220C and grease the muffin tin with oil - 12 pieces. Add minced meat, pretzels, spices, soy sauce to the bowl, and mix everything well. Make 12 equal balls from the mixture and put them in a greased muffin tin.
- Place the filled mold with meatballs in a preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes. After ten minutes, remove the mold and pour each dough with meatballs with the dough. Return the mold to the oven and bake for another 20-25 minutes or until a nice brown color is obtained.
- Dough Add the flour to the bowl and make a small indentation in the center. Add the beaten egg whites, salt and milk and mix everything well with the flour to get a nice smooth mass. Now add water and beat everything well to combine all the ingredients.
- Serve hot with broccoli salad or cooked various vegetables ...... Pleasant !!!!
