Preparation steps
- With a sharp knife, cut the chicken breast into steaks, which we beat with a meat mallet. Arrange the steaks so that they form a nice rectangle, overlapping each steak with the previous one by about 2 cm. Salt the steak and grate cold butter on it.
- Mix full-fat small cheese with mashed garlic and spread over the steak.
- Blanch the spinach in salt water, drain it and roughly chop it with a knife, then arrange it on the steaks.
- Carefully wrap everything in a roll and fasten each edge with a toothpick, if the steaks are separated at some point, we also fasten them with a toothpick.
- Transfer the roll prepared in this way to a baking tray on baking paper and add salt. Heat a little oil on the stove and pour the oil over the roll to catch the crust. Bake the roll for 30 minutes at 200 C, after the time has elapsed about 10 min.
- After removing the roll, leave it to cool a bit, carefully remove the toothpicks and cut them into pieces with a sharp knife. Serve with a side dish of your choice.
