Popara burger

Instead of popara, old bread can also end up in popara burgers. Of course, all the ingredients are to my taste, and it can definitely be different.

Preparation steps

  • Chop the old bread, pour boiling water over it, cover to soak up the bread.
  • Add ham, tobacco cracklings, grated cheese, garlic, chili, oregano, mix and leave for 10 minutes.
  • Pour into a greased refractory dish, flatten, and top with Omegol margarine.
  • Bake twice for 10 minutes under the grill in the microwave (with rotation) until the surfaces get a nice baked tone.
  • Allow to cool slightly, eat slightly warm with yogurt, radishes, tomatoes or whatever you think is good as a side dish.
