Pomegranate and parsley salad (Narlı Maydanoz Salatası)

A great combination, which we can serve with roasted turkey or fish ... I can eat it with anything.

Preparation steps

  • Rinse the parsley well under a stream of cold water. Remove the thickened stalks and separate the young ones and the leaves. You can chop it with a knife or put it in a multi practice and grind it smaller. Pour on a plate, from which you will serve the salad.
  • Cut pomegranate / pomegranate and clean the grains so that they are without white skin. Sprinkle with chopped parsley (if you want, you can mix everything together), pour a little olive oil and serve immediately. If your pomegranate / pomegranate is overcooked, mix a little honey or maple syrup into the grains, stir and only then pour over the primrose. This salad can be made in many ways and with many different ingredients, this is the simplest.
  • Pleasant !!!!!
