Rosa Cooking

Polish tomato soup.

Similar, yet different. In the Polish way.

Preparation steps

  • For a good tomato soup we need a good stock, we can use the rest of the chicken or beef broth, but the best stock for this soup are small pork bones, which we cook with vegetables and vegeta
  • When the soup is done, drain it and add the sauce or peeled tomatoes, tomato concentrate and well-whipped cream with a little soup.
  • Served with noodles (the best are homemade), which we cook separately, because if we cook them in the soup we spoil the taste of the dish, we add parsley.
