Polish sweet ustipci- racuchy
one of my favorite treats- in Poland it is called "racuchy", it is very popular, especially with children- this reminds me of childhood and I recommend everyone to try it :)
Preparation steps
- Put yeast in a bowl, pour sugar and vanilla sugar, mix everything together with a wooden spoon. add warm milk and stir. Slowly pour in the flour (immediately, the yeast does not have to rise first), add salt and egg and mix well. Leave on warm to rise for 40 minutes.
- Heat the oil (take care not to overheat, because otherwise the donuts will burn on the outside, and there will be live dough inside). Put a spoon in the heated oil, then put it in the dough, take it a little and put it in the oil. Take out the fried donuts on paper napkins, with absorbing excess fat. Put powdered sugar on while still warm.
Serving
The best are still warm, with coffee or milk salt :)
