Polenta with young Uzice cream
This is my father's dish, which he always makes when he comes back from his brother from Novi Sad and brings kajmak or when my brother comes to us :) this time it was brought to me by my friend from Novi Sad and I immediately went to make this simple and so delicious dish :)
Preparation steps
- Put boiling water with salt and a little oil.
- When it boils, add the polenta and mix with the whisk for about twenty minutes.
- After that, add Uzice's young cream, you can add more, add as you like!
- Let it simmer a little more on low heat and stir occasionally! When it's almost sweet, eat it :)
