Polenta with boiled eggs

A quick breakfast for the perfect start to the day. The quantity is for 1 person. It is especially interesting for children because of the "hidden" eggs.

Preparation steps

  • Put salt, butter, dill, primrose leaves and oregano in the water, and put polenta a little before it boils. Reduce the temperature and stir with a wire for 2 minutes to get a smooth mixture without lumps, then remove from the stove.
  • Coat two 150 ml bowls (I used coffee cups) with butter and place polenta on the bottom. Bake put a boiled egg, then the rest of the polenta. Leave it to stand for about 15 minutes, then turn the cups on a small baking sheet greased with butter. Put 1 cheese sandwich over the polenta and bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees C.

Serving

Serve warm.
