Polenta fritters, with tuna and mozzarella
Crispy on the outside, soft and aromatic on the inside :)
Preparation steps
- Boil the polenta in a little water, it should be cooked a little thicker. Add spices. When it cools down a bit, add canned tuna, mozzarella and a few drops of olive oil. Stir the sieves gently so that the tuna and mozzarella pieces are felt in the mixture, we do not want to get a homogeneous mass.
- Form the fritters with your hands and bake them on the grill pan, on each side for a few minutes, until finely browned.
